Auction easily and securely with your business partners


 Auctions

Participation in auctions is by invitation, so be aware of these communications that may be sent by your customers on the Nimbi Network.

Open the invitation with the registered email or access the Nimbi Network with your login and password.

In My To-Dos > Auctions;

Locate the desired auction;

And click on Accept located at the bottom of the screen if you agree with the auction information.

 

Under General Information, read the rules and accept if you agree with them. After that, you can define your strategy and put it into practice on auction day.

Important:

If you wish, you can consult the auctions sent to your company in My history > Received Auctions, and select the desired auction from the list presented.

After confirming your participation in the auction, a screen will be displayed with the comments sent, rules and negotiation status.

Your position in the ranking will be displayed on the Negotiation Summary panel, if this option has been configured for this auction, as well as a timer, indicating the time of availability for sending your offer.

Right next door, on the Notification Panel, you will be able to view the comments posted by the Auction Operator in real time.

Still in the Negoctiation Summary panel below the timer, enter your bid in the field corresponding to the desired item and click Offer.

The items are now available in a list, and if you want to check more details about them, click on the arrow located to the left of the item identification.

If you have more than one item, after entering the desired values, click Offer to submit your response.

For the system to automatically fill in the bid amount, considering the initial value configured for the auction and any decreases or increments, click on New Bid for everyone to fill in all items or on “hammer” to bid per item.

Then click Offer to submit your response.

 

Remark:

In the Bid History panel you will be able to view all bids made by your company, and you can search by item.
