How to create an approval hierarchy?

For greater control during Workflow processes, Portal Nimbi offers the possibility to configure criteria to assign authorization levels.


It is possible to register a hierarchy of users, indicating up to 3 levels of approval, considering their respective levels.
To set the approval criteria, after creating the profiles of each of your users, follow the step by step below:

  • Access the Portal with your login and password and click Settings;
  • View in the vertical menu, under the heading SETTINGS, the application you want to configure and click on it (Example: Purchase, Certify, etc.). If you choose to assign a hierarchy to all applications, click General Settings.
  • Click on Users;
  • Choose and click on the user who wants to include hierarchical authorization levels;
  • In the MODIFY DATA page, navigate to the HIERARCHY item and assign, change or delete the other levels and users who will be in charge of managing the initial user actions.
