Frequently Asked Questions


SUPPLIER | OLD LAYOUT

The Payment is a Nimbi application that permits a greater visibility of the flow of payment, process of measurement, and issuance of NF-e.

When accessing the application, go to the menu bar on the left and click on Payment > Dashboard.

 

The following information is available on the Dashboard:

  • My activities;

º Confirmed Payments;

º Expected Payments.

  • Latest Activities.

To register invoices for payment, go to Payment >Invoices > + Actions > Upload Invoices and select the invoice you want to load;

 

In the window that will open, select the type of note you want to send and click Confirm;

 

Important: If the user is not a Nimbi customer, the option to send notes as a recipient will not be enabled.

Then, on the IMPORT - INVOICES screen, insert the .XML file of the desired invoice by dragging it to the marked area or clicking on Add file.

 

Note: In the case of a service invoice or an international invoice, the panels Identifiers, Invoice Data and Supported Orders will be displayed with mandatory completion ( * ) according to the country in question.

When creating a new service or international invoice, there is a new required field. Due date.

This field must be completed with a date greater than the invoice issue date.

After adding, check the import process in Import Status.

To view the imported invoice, return to the Payment > Invoice page and select the desired document.

Important: Making the Invoice available for your consultation can take up to 15 minutes after import.

To check the payments registered, navigate to Payment > Payments.

Locate the desired payment through the search area or through the list of registered payments.

To download the desired invoice, navigate to Payment > Invoice > Access the desired invoice.

 

When accessing the invoice, in the General panel, click Download to get the .XML file or click Export PDF to get the PDF document.

  • Expected: Payment is expected to be made, but not yet scheduled.

  • Scheduled: Payment has been scheduled by your customer.

  • Confirmed: The payment was made by your customer.

To check the schedule, go to Payment > Payments > Select the desired payment.

 

When accessing the payment, navigate to the Dates panel.

To check the invoices registered, go to Payment > Invoice.

In the side menu, it is possible to filter the notes by Status, Type or by the search field located at the top of the page.

Navigate to My Historic > Invoices > + Actions > Upload Invoices, then select the invoice you want to upload;

 

In the window that will appear, select which type of note you want to upload and click Confirm;

 

Important: If the user is not a Nimbi customer, the option to upload notes as a recipient will not be enabled.

Then, on the IMPORT - INVOICES screen, insert the .XML file of the desired invoice by dragging it to the demarcated area or by clicking Add file.

After inclusion, check the import process in Import Status.
