How to cancel or resend invitation?

Go to Certify > Invites > Sent invites;


In Actions on list function, the options for Cancel and Resend will be displayed;

Check and mark the invitation to be canceled or resent and that is in the status: Pending and click Cancel or Resend.

Important: To consult the person responsible for the respective acceptance/refusal with the invited company, just check the contact e-mail field available in the list of invitations sent.


In My Suppliers connection list, the record will be in Pending status.

Important: For the supplier who had the invitation canceled, when trying to accept the invitation, the message that the invitation is Invalid will be displayed. Having seen the invitation cancellation procedure that was carried out.
