The supplier cannot view the participants. The tool does not allow competing participants in a negotiation (whether RFQ, RFP, RFI or Auctions) to have access to other participants (if any) and cannot view their competitors' offers during the cycle. In other words, only the buyer (customer) has access to this information, suppliers do not. |

In order to modify your RFQ answer, the quotation must be on time, with status In Progress, and be the closed envelope type. Image RemovedImage AddedCheck with your customer the type of envelope of the desired RFQ, if it is of the Open Envelope type, request the sending of a new cycle to your company. Like a closed envelope RFQ, to change your answer, go to My To-Dos > Negotiation, scroll your mouse cursor down and find the quote you want. Before responding to your quote values, check the Schedule, Attachments, and Comments panels to find any additional data submitted by your customer to assist you in responding to the quote. Public RFQs | that my company receivedOnce you access our portal, go to the My To-Dos application. Image RemovedScroll the mouse cursor down and find the RFQ in the process list that will be displayed at the bottom of the screen; are Public Quotations, open to all registered suppliers with active users on the Nimbi Network, available for general participation. This way, suppliers will be able to search and participate in any Public RFQ that interests them. There, you can filter the search by categories and even choose to receive notifications whenever a Public RFQ is opened for the categories you are interested in. |

To accept an RFP, access the negotiation through the notification received by email, clicking on Access Here, or access directly on the Nimbi Network in My To-Dos > Negotiation; Image RemovedImage AddedClick on the desired negotiation RFP, or find it a in the Type search field located on the left side of the list; Click on the title of the negotiation to access it; After checking the content of the negotiation, if you are interested in participating, click Accept, or, if you are not interested, click Decline. When invited to participate in an RFI, it is possible to access it through the notification received by email or through the Nimbi Network's logged in area. By email, click Access Here to be directed to the RFI. Through the Nimbi Network, access My To-Dos > Negotiation; Image RemovedImage AddedClick on Locate the desired RFI , or locate it in the Type search field located on the left side of the list;or if you want to filter the desired RFI by customer click on Advanced Filters and on the next screen search for that customer. When opening the trade, click Accept or Decline. The screen will then appear with the fields of the questionnaire sent to your company. Answer all questions in each section and, to move on to the other sections, click Next. After filling out the entire questionnaire, click Send. |

Participation in auctions is by invitation, so be aware of these communications that may be sent by your customers on the Nimbi Network. Open the invitation with the registered email or access the Nimbi Network with your login and password. In My To-Dos > Auctions > Locate the desired auction and click on Accept located at the bottom of the screen if you agree with the auction information. Image RemovedUnder General Information, read the rules and accept if you agree with them. After that, you can define your strategy and put it into practice on auction day.
