Nimbi’s Ombudsman Office is an independent and confidential channel for receiving and reviewing reports related to business conduct, integrity, ethics, commercial relationships, service quality, and other matters requiring impartial analysis.
The channel may be used by clients, suppliers, partners, platform users, and other third parties, especially when conventional channels do not resolve the issue or when the matter requires greater sensitivity.
All reports are handled with confidentiality, respect, and independence, in accordance with the Integrity Policy, Privacy Policy, and the LGPD. Personal data is used solely to register the report, enable a response from the Ombudsman, and support any necessary investigations.
Nimbi protects all submitted information, and you may file your report either identified or confidentially.
